How does the monthly shop work?
Polish Pickup is a monthly event where we offer limited-edition nail polishes and beauty products inspired by a unique theme chosen by our community. The shop opens the first Friday of every month at 11 AM EST and closes the following Monday at 11:59 PM EST.
When will my order ship?
Since we operate on a pre-order model, shipping typically begins approximately 3 weeks after the shop closes. This allows our makers time to handcraft each item specifically for you.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Yes! We offer flat-rate shipping for US and international customers. If you place multiple orders during the same weekend, our system will automatically combine them and we will refund any excess shipping charges once your labels are printed.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, Australia, and several other countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
Due to the artisanal and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or leaked during transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Are your nail polishes 'Big 5-Free'?
Most of our contributing makers formulate their polishes to be at least 5-free, meaning they are free of Formaldehyde, Toluene, DBP, Formaldehyde Resin, and Camphor. Please check individual product listings for specific ingredient details.
