Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to ensure we can provide a timely replacement or credit.
Report the Issue
Send an email to our support team with your order number and a brief description of the problem or damage.
Provide Documentation
Attach clear photos of the damaged polish or incorrect product along with the original shipping label for verification.
Receive Return Authorization
Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if a return is required.
Resolution Processing
Once approved, we will ship a replacement if stock is available or issue a store credit to your account.
